Fungsi Biaya :

1.  Suatu perusahaan bernama “YANA” yang bergerak dalam bidang penjualan sepatu wanita mempunyai biaya tetap sebesar Rp. 3000.000, dan biaya variable sebesar Rp. 40.000 dengan quantitas 150 unit. Berapakah total biaya dan biaya rata-rata yang dikeluarkan perusahaan “YANA”?

Penyelesaian :

Diketahui       : FC = 3000000

                          VC = 40000

                          Q   = 150

Ditanya          : TC & AC ?

Jawab                        : TC = TFC + VC (Q)

                                = 3000000 + 40000 (150)

                                = 3000000 + 6000000

                                = 9000000

                         AC = TC/ Q

                               = 9000000/ 150 = 60000

Analisis : Jadi, total biaya dan biaya rata-rata yang dikeluarkan perusahaan “YANA” masing-masing sebesar Rp. 9000.000 dan Rp. 60.000.

Fungsi Permintaan :

2.  Perusahaan “NABILLAH” menjual 250 unit produknya dengan harga Rp. 30.000 . Berapakah total penerimaan dan penerimaan rata-rata perusahaan “NABILLAH” ?

Penyelesaian :

Diketahui       : Q = 250

                          P = 30000

Ditanya          : TR & AR ?

Jawab                        : TR = P X Q

                                = 30000 X 250 = 7500000

                          AR = TR/ Q

                                = 7500000 / 250 = 30000

Analisis : Jadi, perusahaan “Nabillah” memiliki total penerimaan sebesar Rp. 7.500.000

dengan penerimaan rata-rata Rp. 30.000.

BEP :

3.  Peni & Rina House memproduksi aksesoris wanita dengan harga jual Rp. 40.000/buah.

Diketahui biaya tetap dan biaya variabelnya masing-masing adalah Rp. 3.000.000 dan Rp. 20.000/buah aksesoris wanita. Hitunglah :

a)     Berapa unit dan rupiah agar perusahaan tidak mengalami untung maupun rugi ?

b)     Kenaikan BBM mengakibatkan kenaikan untuk biaya variable sebesar Rp. 10.000. berapakah BEP unit dan BEP rupiah setelah kenaikan BBM ?

c)     Analisis !

Penyelesaian :

Diketahui       : P   = 40000

                          FC = 3000000

                          VC = 20000

Ditanya          : a.  BEP dalam unit dan BEP dalam rupiah ?

b.  BEP dalam unit dan BEP rupiah, setelah kenaikan VC sebesar Rp.10.000 ?

Jawab            : a.  BEP dalam unit

                                           Q =        3000000

                                                       40000-20000

                                                =          3000000          = 150 unit

                                                            20000

                                           BEP  dalam rupiah

                               P =         3000000             = 6000000

                                                     1–20000/ 40000

                         b. BEP unit setelah ada kenaikan VC sebesar Rp. 10.000

                             Q =          3000000           = 300 unit

                                                      40000-30000

                             BEP rupiah setelah ada kenaikan VC sebesar Rp. 10.000

                             P =          3000000            = 12000000

                                                   1-30000/ 40000

Analisis : Jadi, agar P&R House tidak untung / tidak rugi, P&R House harus memproduksi 150 unit aksesoris wanita dengan BEP dalam rupiah sebesar Rp. 6000.000. Sementara kenaikan biaya variable sebesar Rp.10.000 menyebabkan BEP unit dan BEP rupiah masing-masing menjadi 300 unit dan Rp. 12.000.000.

Penjualan Minimal (Minimal Sales) :

4.  Disebuah perusahaan bernama “Faisal” menargetkan laba sebesar Rp. 50.000 dimana biaya tetap dan biaya variabel masing-masing sebesar Rp. 500.000 dan Rp. 20.000 dengan harga Rp. 45.000, maka berapakah penjualan minimal perusahaan tersebut ?

Penyelesaian :

Diketahui       : FC     = 500000

                          P       = 45000

                          VC    = 20000

                          Laba = 50000

Ditanya          : Berapakah penjualan minimal ?

Jawab                        : Q =       FC + Laba

                                            P- VC

                             =    500000 + 50000

                                        45000-20000

                            =   450000     = 18 unit

                                    25000

Analisis : Jadi, jika perusahaan “Faisal” ingin memcapai target, maka penjualan minimal yang harus di capai perusahaan tersebut adalah sebanyak 18 unit.

MY FAVORITE FILM IS THE LORD OF THE RINGS

There are so many movies I've loved that the entire list would be nearly booklength. It's tough to pick just a few, but I'll give it a try.

Before I start any kind of numbered list, I have to include one film that well, it'd be unfair to call it  my favorite film, as they float in the stratosphere above anything like a numerical favorites list. It isn't fair to list it with others. While I'll still refer to The Lord Of The Rings as my favorite.

This is a great trilogy. It's not just about the awesome special effects and digital mastery. The emotion that these actors can portray is phenomenal. This story is about good and evil, but it also has the touch of love, ambition and courage. JRR Tolkien wrote something that isn't just a book, it's a fantasy that people can imagine and can honestly think it can happen. Personally I think Aragon, Viggo Mortenson, was the kind of character that made this trilogy so good. He sort-of finds himself, he becomes what he is destined to. Sam and Frodo are perfect. Sam is Frodo's backbone. You can't think of Frodo without thinking of Sam. He is what most people want, inside. He is simply good, inside and out. He has no means to hurt anyone. He kind of is the hope, faith and energy of Frodo. He is very loyal, and eventually the reason Frodo even gets in to the Mountain of Doom. Gimli is a very pride driven character. He isn't a bad person, but his pride gets the best of him sometimes. I admire Legolas very much. He is in the background of the main characters, but he a very good archer and swordsman, a great friend and adviser. Gandolf is wise. He isn't a "fake", he didn't tell any ruler that they will win the battle or that it's the only one, he told them that it will be very difficult, and you will have more battles to come. He is the reason all of the fellowship really came to being. If you can recall, he is the one who stood by Frodo first during the secret meeting with Elrond. Mary and Pippin are the "cute" ones of the films. However in the return of the king, they really get to be someone. Mary is the one who really watches over Pippin until he had to go to kingdom of Gondor. Pippin actually comes back with Gandolf and finds Mary hurt, and I think that was a sense of responsibility that Ppippin used. They grew wiser through this journey. We all know this trilogy is a fantasy, but see it not as a dreamy epic, but as movies with real and true meanings with a little dream in it. I'm so glad I finally watched these movies. It has been created with every detail, and you can really tell that hearts and souls went into making this possible.

            In conclusion, everyone should see this film and enjoy it . I love it and enjoy it every time, . It's my type of film

Peter Pan


Wendy, John, and Michael Darling lived in London. One night, Wendy woke to find a strange boy sitting on the floor who was crying.
"My name is Wendy," she said. "Who are you? Why are you crying?
"I'm Peter Pan," the boy replied. "I'm crying because my shadow won't stick to me."

"Don't cry," Wendy said. "We can fix that." And she sewed Peter's shadow to the tips of his shoes. Peter was delighted.
"Fly back to Neverland with me and my fairy, Tinker Bell," Peter begged. "You could be our mother and take care of us."
"Can you teach me to fly?" Wendy asked. Peter nodded.
"Let's wake John and Michael," Wendy said. "You can teach us all to fly and then we will leave for Neverland !"
The children were soon flying around the room. then—Swoosh ! Out the window they all flew.
Wendy, John, and Michael flew behind Peter Pan and Tinker Bell, following the golden arrows that pointed the way to Neverland. Finally, they were flying over the island.
"The lost boys live with me and Tinker Bell. I'm their captain," Peter said. "The Indians live over there, and the mermaids live in the lagoon. And there are pirates too, led by Captain Hook."
"Pirates?" exclaimed Wendy, John, and Michael, all in the same breath. Wendy was frightened, but Michael and John wanted to see the pirates right away.
"Hook's the meanest pirate ever," Peter warned. "But he's afraid of the crocodile. The crocodile bit off Hook's hand and liked the taste so much that it follows him, hoping for more. Luckily for Hook, the crocodile swallowed a clock. It goes 'Tick, Mock, and warns Hook when the crocodile is nearby"
"Oh, my God r" cried Wendy, not sure if she really wanted to stay in Neverlanc: after all.

Peter led Wendy, John, and Michael to his house under the woods. They entered through a door hidden in an old tree stump. When the lost boys saw Wendy, they shouted, "Hooray ! Will you be our mother?"
"I'm only a little girl," Wendy answered. "I have no experience." But the lost boys looked so sad that she said, "I'll do my best."
That night Wendy tucked the boys into bed and told them the tale of Cinderella.
Life was pleasant in the cosy house under the woods.
Wendy took care of the boys, who explored the island during the day. At night, they gathered for meals, played make- believe games, and listened while Wendy told them stories.
One day, Peter and the children went exploring near the mermaids' lagoon. Suddenly Peter yelled, "Pirates ! Take cover." The boys ran away, and Peter and Wendy hid.
Peter and Wendy could see that the pirates had tied up Tiger Lily, the Indian princess. The pirates had left her on a rock in the lagoon.
Peter was afraid that Tiger Lily would drown when the tide came in. He had to save her ! In a voice that sounded just like Captain Hook's, he shouted, "Set her free !"
"But, Captain," the pirates yelled, "you ordered us to bring her here !"
"Let her go !' Peter roared, still sounding like Hook. "Aye, aye," the pirates said, and set Tiger Lily free. She swam quickly back to the Indian camp.
When Captain Hook found out what had happened, he knew Peter had tricked his pirates. Hook became furious!
That night, Wendy told the boys a story about three children who left their parents and flew to Neverland. Their mother and father missed them very much. The children loved Neverland, but they never forgot their ho
